Our Workout Wednesday series rolls on this week, as we continue to examine the role that fitness can play in some of the most common swing flaws that plague average golfers.
This week, we’re going to take a look at narrow swing arcs or swings where there’s a complete breakdown or collapse at the top of the backswing. This is an issue that generally leads to not only a lack of consistency but also a problematic lack of power.
In this video segment, SwingFix instructors and fitness experts Jim Williams and Karen Palacios-Jansen will show you why you might be getting narrow at the top and give you some great exercises that will enable you to create more width in your swing.
And if you can create more width in your swing, the result will be more powerful ball-striking, which is what everyone is looking for.
